accident

i'm off work sick today coz i came off my moped yesterday on the way home from work :( i'm not badly hurt, no broken bones! just very badly bruised and my entire body aches from trying to keep the bike upright. i caused a massive traffic standstill, both when i came off and when the ambulance came, luckily it was a fairly quite road, and i went into the verge, not the path of the oncoming traffic. if i hadn't i guess i wouldn't be typing this now. i feel totally dreadful now though, and typing is making my hands shake, so no more at present.

yes, i'm relaxing now, as much as you can when you keep going over and over the accident, lying in bed and surfing! ooo, chocolate is exactly what i need:p

Thank heavens you aren't hurt! But I imagine it was pretty darn scary. Take care of yourself and relax for a bit. I'm sure your nerves have taken some pounding in addition to your body. Maybe a nice hot bath with some pretty smelling stuff in it?

thank you, yes, so scary. i'm trying to relax, i've been in bed all day, but it's hard when i keep going over and over the accident in my head. i had a lovely hot bath last night, and felt better, but when i got out my foot hurt more than it ever had. at least i don't feel so sick anymore.
