isn't she cute though?! she's actually german, and apparently high end toy stores in the US sell them, and they turn up on ebay, sometimes for less than $50. there are only 2 on the uk ebay ATM, so no luck for me :) i think our doll collection will contain a lot of non AG dolls, because i want lots and can't afford them! i love the idea of a 1954 girl! they could make so many cool outfits, and think of the shoes!! one of the books of patterns i have bought on amazon has a 50s girl, complete with saddle shoes :)
