clare's bustle

well, it's all sewn together, just needs a waistband and a buckle and it's finished. i haven't got any tape of the right size, so it'll have to wait. any way, here's a pic :) if i'd thought of it, i could have made the stripes chevron nicely in back, but i didn't, so i didn't :) it's not going to be seen any way!

i'm going to get the fabric and patterns for mummy's new ball gown out now, won't be able to work on it tonight though, i have work with my friend who owns a pub tonight. she's running a bar for a birthday party in the village hall, nice chance for a chat mostly i think!!
