mlsdesignsjust saw the first 20mins of northanger abbey, it's so COOL!! it's so very funny, and just as i imagine from the book, very promising beginning! YAY YAY YAY!!!
the costumes are lovely to, and the hair, but for once a modern jane austen adaptation has me more interested in the dialogue and acting, leaving me no time to criticise the clothes! i promise a proper revue later, and one of mansfield park, which was very disappointing, but i didn't really expect much :)

I have taped Northanger Abbey from a BBC series and that i love two. It has so many lovely costumes and especially all the hats are adorable.
Its some years old.
But maybe its a whole new series?

Date: 2007-03-26 08:17 pm (UTC)ITV made the version of Emma with kate beckinsale, and they've just made 3 more, mansfield park shown last week, northanger abbey, this week and persuasion is next week. if you get the chance to see northanger abbey you'll love it, it's very good :)
