hello, i am still alive :p
i've been busy doing nothing, but today i finally posted my costume for the AG swap, having finished it late last night, i was planning to post it on monday, but things kept getting in the way and in the end i couldn't go into town to get the last bits i needed till yesterday.
but, now that that's done i reeeally need to start packing stuff for the move. we still don't know when we're moving, but i bet it will be right when the victorian christmas fair is :( because of that i think i will have to shelve plans to make a new dress for it, the ball in january is a much more important thing, and i should be able to fit it in around moving.
in exciting news, our new york trip is looming! i can't believe that 2 weeks tomorrow we'll be on our way there!!!! i'm so super excited it's silly :) but at the moment the thing i'm most excited about is going to AGPNY! how daft am i? i'm also fantasising about all the gorgeous fabrics i'm going to buy, but i haven't really thought about museums and stuff, we're only there for such a short time, so i really aught to plan things, but i'm too excited!
i'm going to start packing up my room tomorrow, fabric and books to start with, then i'll clear out my wardrobe, wish me luck!

There might not be a ball next year, the previous organisers aren't doing it - but I think there is a plan for something. keep an eye on the community, news should go up there.

I have some places I want to take you guys when you're here - although some of them do involve shopping. of course.
