progress and a possible backslide

mummy's nightgown is practically finished! i just need to finish the neckband and do buttons and button holes ( i need to buy buttons first!) i managed all this while doing a dance demonstration yesterday (all afternoon) and working a loong day today, and we went out for steak tonight too, so if i can keep it up, we might just have enough to wear after all!
now, the backslide i mention. tomorrow i'm going to the hospital to have 2 moles removed from my upper lip :( i'm not looking forward to it AT ALL. i don't like needles, and having local anaesthetics is so not my idea of fun. also, i have no idea what i'm going to look like after. i'm missing the dress rehearsal for the yr 7 play tomorrow, ( i know, rather an extreme method to take to get out of it!!) but the performances are thursday, friday and saturday, so, what if i look like a monster?! the kids are all 11 or 12, still young enough to just ask right out 'ooh miss, what's the matter with your face?'!! horrid little things, i don't need reminding! and i don't know if i'll feel up to doing much sewing tomorrow, or the rest of the week! so my sewing progress may be a bit lacking :p
any way, wish me luck for tomorrow, and think of me at half past one!
