mlsdesignsWhy would you want to post an out of context comment to FB? So obviously I never will, apart from anything else, wouldn't know how! So rest assured :)
In other news, I've not been able to sew all week, but I'm about to go into the dining room to try and make a start. I've sorted out a plan for Mummy's new ballgown, made from a lovely black and gold sari with a sable coloured pelu and bodice piece. jennylafleur gave me when I visited her in June. It's a beautiful hot pink and gold brocade with a gold border on one side. I'm going to make a sort of tunic/over robe, to be worn over a white or gold, (haven't looked to see which will look best) petticoat. When we got Mummy's sari we also got a lovely red and white one, with a lovely wide border and spotted with flowers, for Clare; and a very pretty pale mauve and silver brocade one for me, it's very yummy! I just need to work up the energy to actually sew something!

The problem is, though we should be able to trust people on our F-List not to do that, there will be people who do it. Intentionally, By Mistake, and for pure maliciousness.
Its already happened to me (though not with the new twit/face facility).
As to how - see the little tickboxes on a comment form which has F or T icon? If you have set up your LJ to link to Facebook or Twitter, then those tick boxes become active for each website. It may be one is active only if you only connect to one.
They are inactive for me - I do not want to connect my FB to LJ. FB is not for indepth discussions. FB is a public place. I view my LJ as my private online home.
Sadly, not everyone on LJ will be like that.
Anyway, I have a Dreamwidth account now - same username. Will be still sort of here - but once I can afford it, any paid journal will be elsewhere. I don't trust LJ any longer.
