Using a festive icon :)

mlsdesignsToday has been much better, I managed to go to work, and I've not spent the rest of the day faffing! I have realised I'm a bad girl though, and haven't been posting my baubles, so here we go, the latest to be photographed are
Pearl bead string with shiny cord, wound round a polystyrene ball, stuck with double sided tape. This was so easy I've now made a pink one the same size, and two little ones in mixed pink and white.
Another folded ribbon bauble, this one is HUGE! I found some balls locally, but turns out they're a lot larger than the ones I already had! (Don't think I'll be doing any more this size for the pink tree, it's not going to be a very big tree, so the 4 balls I have left may be made into something cream and gold for the big tree in the sitting room.)
This one didn't turn out quite how I'd hoped. It's cardboard covered in velvet, with cord glued over the 'seams'. It was meant to have 5 sides, not three, but something went wrong! I didn't get the right angles in my leaf shape, so I'll just have to try again ;)
Stringing the beads for this collar took soooo long! And it's a bit more purple than pink I think, but I like it! Not sure how many more of these I'll be doing!
So, I have a few more that haven't been photographed yet, but they're just different coloured versions of ones I have photographed, so you're not really missing anything :)
Mummy's pelise is finished now as well! I may put some more buttons on, for pretty, and I think it needs an iron, but it's ready now for the trip to Uppark after the ball ( on the 23rd, eek!) and my headache is nearly all gone too!
