roly was put to sleep this morning, he died in my arms very peacefully. he had had a bad night and was wheezing, so when we got there at 9 he sat on my lap and we all said good bye, and i had lovely cuddles, then the vet gave him the injection and he just dropped off to sleep. he's not in pain or sad any more. i'll always love my little boy.

i hope so, i can't bear to vacuum all his fur off the sitting room carpet, because that's so final :)

Be gentle with yourself - take the time you need to grieve and heal, and eventually it will be right to do it. *hug*
