poorly puppy and no sewing progress, at all, not none!

emmy has been having trouble with her incision (sp?) she keeps getting stitch abscesses, and a tiny spot in the middle still hasn't completely healed. she's been back to vets several times, and is now on yet another lot of antibiotics, stronger ones this time, and hopefully they'll work. she has 3 absceses now, poor thing, but they don;t bother her at all. she's so full of beans it's really hard to keep her calm, she's not allowed to run, and of course, that's all she wants to do!
i did do some sewing, finally, yesterday. i made mummy's birthday present (a secrit), and her bodice has the piping done, and the bones are cut to size and in their casings ready for me to sew on tonight. i also decided on sleeves, there are some perfect ones in janet arnold! when i've done them i can do a final fitting before i do eyelets then put on the berthe and i'm done! it'll probably take me weeks to get it done, when it should be a case of days, i'm so useless at the moment :(
