update

we've been back home over monday, got back late last night and going again tomorrow lunchtime, hopefully to come home again on thursday, although it might be friday :( everything opens again tomorrow, so we can finally start to fill in forms and organise things, bank holidays are lovely when you work, but such a pain when something like this happens, i had no idea how lucky we were with daddy. we're hoping to be able to have the funeral next thursday, as it will be the best day for many people and the others, like us, have no preference, my easter holidays last till tuesday fortnight.
i have spent today very productively though :) i was up with the washing going round by 8, made a new top to wear to go to gemma's for brunch (her boyfriend, my cousin ben, was there too), came home and made another new top, put on another load of washing, gemma then came round to help me tidy, and i've just finished another 2 tops after making supper. i'm a bit tired now, but want to make more tops! i have been bitten by the craftster bug. it is a very dangerous site. it is a wonderful site!
i had hoped i'd get more costume sewing done this holiday, but i needed clothes more, and with the dreadful business with granny i've been too busy, but i may get something done at the weekend.
i'm going to go outside tomorrow to take photos and promise to post them :p

thank you, yes, feeling productive makes me feel much better, i would have liked to have been more helpful to others, but as there was nothing anyone could do until the offices open today i did the next best thing :)
