ok, so i'm really slacking, i promised photos of the victorian week, and still haven't posted any, i am very bad! so, to keep you going, here's photos of my favourite outfit, from the 'dickens' day.

as usual, the day started with last minute sewing! here i am hemming a dress for aunty jac!

and then, i went a bit daft and didn't get any full length photos :)
but, here are loooots of photos of my hair, from the end of the day! it held up so amazingly well, clare is very clever :)







the ringlets on my temples are hair pieces that i curled round knitting nedles and set with super strong setting lotion, the loops that make the appolo knot are also false hair set with even more setting lotion, made by draping the hanks of hair over a clothes rail! the braid round the bun (which i think you can see!) is also a hair piece, but all the hair that makes up my 'do' is still 'real' hair, nothing plastic, THIS time :p

now, i'm going to go to bed as soon as this is posted, i'm sooo sleepy!
but as soon as i get a bit more time i PROMISE to post more pics from the rest of the week.
