a little bit of good news at last!

i found some soft black net at work today, it's half of an overskirt i already took apart for fabric last year. no idea what it actually is, but it'll do just fine for mummy's ball gown! (if i ever get any further with it!!)
i did a fitting on, monday i think, and the bodice seemed to be too big, so i folded out a seam at the centre front, which made it much better, but then i remembered after i'd gone to bed that i should have had her crinn and petti on, as that will really affect the fit of the bodice at the waist. so now i think i need to re-fit :( and of course mummy is at work all the time at the moment!
also, emmy and i are having trouble with our bits ;) she's going to be spayed on tuesday and i'm having an ultrasound tomorrow to see if i have fibroids. i'm very worried about my boo, having lost roly after he was castrated (i know, very different, he had his kidney problem) and harry drowning himself i'm not too sure sure of my track record with dogs!

thank you! i know, i'm going to be a sorry mess on tuesday till i get her home again, but i think i'd feel even worse if she got an infection :(

Yeah, they have a habit of doing that! I think when I had mine done there was a loo about 10 paces from the ultrasound bed, which I thought was an extremely wise idea!!! :)
