Using my Bath icon, naturally :)
So, we went during the festival, but didn't actually do any festival things! We thought we might go to something, but it ended up with us just taking the opportunity to not look QUITE so out of place ;)
We spent the weekend meeting up with friends, eating and shopping, and it was lovely! It did feel a little bit odd not having a ball to go to during the weekend, but it was good fun all the same! I even managed to take quite a few photos, some of the best are
We started the trip with a meal with our friend Margarita, (she lives in Florence, but is Australian) here we are on our way to the restaurant standing on the corner of Brock Street in the Circus:

This is also the best shot I have of my new Spencer. Hand sewn from matching wool and china silk, I'm very proud of it, and it's my first item of CosCol sewing :)
Here we are outside the Assembly Rooms, although you can't tell that because we're facing them since the entrance was covered in big modern signs about the Dianna exhibition :(

Clare's new spencer looks very good in this shot, it's so very RED!!

The next day we were expecting Margarita to come for morning coffee, so were all dressed and ready for her at 11, but she was delayed and didn't arrive till after 12, so we spent the morning engaged in trimming a bonnet, patience and reading :)

After Margarita's visit we then went for lunch and shopping!

The best shop for jewellery evah! It's just full of vintage and modern costume jewellery!
I couldn't resist a few shots of us walking home along Great Pultney Street, it's such a shame about the cars, but you can't have everything!

We stayed at Number 16 again, the same place as March when we came for the Minuet Company's ball.

It looks like we won't be staying there again though, their selling up, so unless it's bought as a going concern we'll have to find somewhere else to stay next time :(
That eveing we met up with some dancing friends, and went for a drink before supper:

Mummy didn't want to wear anythign of her own, so she's wearing my dress! It has a drawstring, so fit her (mostly!0 but the sleeves were rather tight!
Each morning in Bath started much the same way as Wales ;)

Our last eveing we were going to be going out with the same friends, and the morning was spent in shopping at the farmers market, and a trip to Number One Royal Crescent in the afternoon:

When James and Ginnie arrived we then all got ready for our last night. Ginnie hasn't had time to make any Regency kit yet, so she borrowed something of Mummy's, and I did her hair fro her:

Toasting the King after supper:

I think my dress looks better on me :p

I also have a couple of pics from March that I don't think I've posted before.

I think they fit here, they're Regency and in Bath, if I hadn't told you you might not know they're from 6 months ago :D
So, I think that's all the photos I need to post, I do have a few others, from trips we've done in kit etc, so I might get them up sometime soon, but at least now I don't feel so bad about my lack of posting!!
