A totlly useless and boring update!

I've not been feeling terribly inspired the last couple of weeks, no idea why really. No, I do know why, I don't want to work on any of my upcoming deadlines, because I really want to work on stuff I don't need till April, or I'm having too much fun with CosCol planning!!!
I have managed to make a couple of modern skirts, and a sun dress for a party we went to last Saturday (which I'm actually pretty pleased with, I used a round printed table cloth I got at a jumble sale for 50p! didn't get any photos though :( and I've started another dress for a party we're going to in Norfolk this Saturday. But I feel bad working on modern clothes when I have costuming deadlines!
Today I did manage to finish a '20s frock I started yesterday. It's just a quickie for a murder mystery we're doing at the Victorian festival, I don't have any books on '20s costuming (yet!) so I had no idea what I was doing, but I like it ;) It's a mossy green sheer (dead dino of some kind) with an embroidered red and white flowery border, I'll hopefully have some photos to share after the festival.
I must get on with the new things I want for the Suffragette march though. A new skirt because I'm lending mummy my old one, and I thought I might make a jacket to match, to wear over the blouse I made a couple of months ago for the boat trip. I have a plan for the skirt, I just need to get on with it! but don't really have any proper ideas for the jacket, so I'll have to think some more ...
I better not think too long though, because I need to get sorted for the Jane Austen festival as well!! Between now and then we have the party this weekend, the Victorian festival next Friday to Monday, then Clare's big birthday party the weekend after, then we're off to Kent for a week's holiday, going straight on to Bath from Kent! Oh boy oh boy!!!
