update

sorry i've been absent so long. we came down in a hurry on thursday night to see granny before she died, we didn't get here till 11pm so went in early on friday morning, but we were too late by 10 minutes. we're staying down here at least until tuesday, probably longer, i only have borrowed internet access, so probably won't be able to catch up on my flist.
mummy and aunty jac and unty nic are coping very well, it's aunty jac's children who are taking it really badly, they're the oldest of us and can remember her really well as an incredibly active granny.
we've been expecting this for a long time, she's been poorly for ages, and when she went into hospital 3 weeks ago she was very bad and getting worse each day, but it's still not nice, and all in all it's been a pretty rotten year, but at least now we've had our 3.
the dreadful thing is that friday and monday are bank-holidays for easter, so we can't do anything till tuesday. and we only packed for a weekend visit, so have now run out of clothes :(

I'm sorry for your loss. It does seem that the year has been a bad one so far. But as you said, this made three things so hopefully there will be an upturn now and the rest of the year will be more pleasant.

thank you, at least we know she isn't suffering any more, it was so dreadful to watch, especially after seeing that with roly, at least we didn't have that pain with daddy.
