as promised, here are the photos i took of the toile fitting of my corset. they are a bit bad, cos i took them myself, my first go at taking pics through a mirror!
the front looks a bit wrinkled, but that's just the extra seam allowance
the back isn't laced properly i know!
i know this is a bad photo, but i love the way the pose makes my waist look small!
these are the materials i'll be using
also, please excuse any mess you can see, my room is in sore need of a big tidy and clean, but my friend will be round soon, and she loves cleaning, so she'll get me motivated!!

Very nice!! It looks like it's going to give you a great period shape. And I love the crochet lace! I'm a sucker for stuff like that. We have a terrible trim selection where I'm from.

thank you! the trims in my local fabric shops are mostly prety useless, i actually got the lace from the market, about 5 metres for 50 pence!
